I would have LOVED to write with that genre/subject.  I had some envy after I found out what I had - MYSTERY/ICE...

I was blank, and would have been better off sending in 20 blank pages.   At least it would have been mysterious.

It is interesting how one person's coal is another's diamond.

I would have loved "Mystery/Ice".  Smile

I definately would have dug Mockumentary/Mascots last year...

I'm scared to death of getting either film noir... or period piece. That would in deed sucketh royally.

Oh thank god... it looks like they stuck those genres this year. Now All I need to do is avoid Political Satire and Western and I'm golden.

Of course I'd be platinum if they had a Musical genre, but hey I guess I can't have eveerything.

Anything ending in "ocumentary" would be my worst genre. As for subject...I don't know. I'm pretty flexible. This is my first competition, so it'll be fun either way!

Three years ago I entered the 24 hour film contest with my brother, sister and some nieces and nephews and we drew "Science Fiction/Romance", which was tough as we were all closely related.  We were troopers and entered a film but I haven't watched it since - the whole genre now brings back bad memories and kinda gives me the whillies.

Wow, that's bad when one film can ruin an entire genre for you. Smile
