Trouble uploading story

I hit the upload your story button in the fiction challenge 2nd heat which I am participating in but it goes to the NYC MIdnight picture with people floating in space writing in the dark and says You attempted to access a category that is not currently available

Then 

NYC MIDNIGHT

Then : there are presently no open calls for submissions
 What is this please and how do I upload my story???
