SHARDS OF DISCIPLINE
A man inherits the home he spent time in as a child. But is it too late to stop himself from following in his family's footsteps?
And here I had happily forgotten you're in my heat!  Glad there is room for you, me and Paula in the next top five!!
Haha! Well, don't count me in it too early. It's very different than what I normally write, and I'm still not sure about it. But I very much appreciate my beta readers (especially @nilesperry, who was basically my script doctor).
You can fire me now. Your script doctor missed two typos, both on Pg 6.

People in my group really went ham (and pineapple?) with the pizza theme. I'm getting a little nervous that I didn't deliver the extra cheese. Perhaps it should have been a bigger slice of my story.

(I haven't had any sleep, just slap me.)

Talk about a feature film on a postage stamp. sodding 8 pages! Who knew that would be so hard!

Heat 7, Sci-Fi, a lumberjack, cosmetic surgery

                                                    BUTTERFLY SOLDIER
In a future world where where you can't see the forest for the lack of trees, everyone is left gasping.

Group 7: sci fi / cosmetic surgery / lumberjack

SENESCENCE

In a world where cosmetic enhancement is the norm, one transformation remains unattainable. Until now.

I don’t know what this is...submitted in a rush as I’m away on a business trip. Last minute writing in hotels worked for me last year, but I don’t think I’ll be so lucky this time!
