Blueprint

Genetic perfection is locked behind a paywall.

Not gonna lie, loved the concept I came up with but not too happy with my execution. So thankful for the extension feedback we get from these comps! Even if it's not a winning story, I know the feedback will be invaluable to improve it.

Hello there, heatmate! This one sounds great also! Good luck!

Hi group mate!  Intriguing premise.  I like the setting; a good place to reveal a mystery.

Group 10: Mystery / a cover-up / an outdoorsman

No Strad

A concert violinist finds himself in hot water when an instrument on loan from a ruthless drug lord is stolen while in his possession.

Happy with how it turned out but man alive this was a taxing round for me.

Excited to read these!

The Ghostodians
Sometimes all we need is a little acknowledgement to really come to life.

(Yes, I made up a word/ghost thing to hammer home the prompt...)

Love the title. LOL

Hahaha, thank you - I appreciate this and can't wait to read your entry this time! Your logline is brilliant :) (P.S. Mine ended up having almost no dialogue - Death's Apprentice must have inspired me!)

Not sure if this is actually a romantic ghost story with some comedy crowbarred in. Still, enjoyed the write whatever happens.

Group 2: Romance / Disorganised / A prima donna

The Curtain Puller

After Concetta is promoted to Prima Donna, Luca tries to confess his feelings for her, only for Marcello to stand in his way.

I've never written romance and I'm not confident with this one but I liked my idea.
