Hey y'all. I've really been enjoying getting into the community here. I'm in the 2026 Short Story Challenge. I would love to connect with other writers who tend to create progressive, intersectional, queer stories. I want to read your submissions! Support each other through the challenge! Hi! Really enjoyed your story. I didn't really look at what genre it was before I read it so had no idea where it was going. Very much want to know why the protagonist thought they should kill Roger..., and I agree with another reader that it is a great set-up for a longer story, too.
