| imo, if more on magical superpowers, probably fantasy? or if linked to some possible scientific possibilities, can be sci-fi. spy could be an element in the story but usually not related to superhero powers. i dont think superhero fits historical fiction since HF should be grounded on a past reality. |

Probably fantasy?
