Seacore - although I feel like the "format" for Thriller should be obvious (at least based on the description) I struggled with it - like is my action fast enough? Wait am I writing suspense? No wait, is this horror? If try to be funny for a line does that kill it the vibe? How do I make these characters people to care about, and convey even a modest amount of background, without putting a kink in the vibe? Argh!

I'm excited to read yours if you post it. May the odds be in all of our favor! :)

The Sounds of a Silent Killer

Synopsis: On one of the last trains left running in the year 2319, two detectives are faced with a challenge unlike any other.

Pretty underwhelming synopsis, but I just couldn't make myself think about it anymore.

Same group. Same first three words of title. Bring it.

Heat 29: Spy, Disorganised, A Computer Programmer

It’s not a Bug. It’s a Feature.

An undercover programmer must search for a deadly computer virus at a puzzling company in South London, but finds himself hindered by a messy web of incompetence.

Not my best synopsis, but was wary of giving too much away! Shocked

Stand and Deliver

Like any parent, William Turncoat has only one wish for his adopted son Jack: to
follow in his footsteps and become the greatest highwayman Yorkshire has ever seen.
But can Jack summon the courage to overcome stage fright, a police chase, a rival
road agent and a troublesome toll-keeper?

As a fellow group 18 member and Yorkshireman, I am excited to read this story!

Can't wait to read everyone's stories!

                                              Nice, Affordable, and Clean

Ty, a clerk from Ganymede, looks forward to his first planned adventure to exotic ports of call with a well-reviewed cruise. After it is too late to turn back, he realizes the company has a loose interpretation of customer care.

Looks like we went drastically different routes. Looking forward to reading it! Now where are the rest of the 23s? I thought there had been a whole gaggle of us in the prompt thread...They must be sleeping in. Slackers.
