As little as two days ago I was so unaffected at the thought of results. Ice cold. Now it's all I can think about!! Anyone else at work with a brain made of mush because of this gross thing called excitement?

Whatever the NYC gods have in store, good luck everyone! xxx

I woke up with butterflies today.  I remembered out of nowhere about this week's results and came quickly to the forum to see exactly when to expect them.

I would LOVE to be writing again this weekend.  I never made it this far in a screenplay competition so I'm psyched to have come this far.  But to get into the finals would be sweeeeeet!

Wishing you luck, Becky!!!

Trish

Saaaaaame!

I remember last year, this round of results came in the MORNING so that is making me even more excited/anxious/nervous/MY TUMMY HURTS.

Best of luck to all!

I don’t know if I ever used to be cool, lol, but I’d definitely looking forward to the results. I won’t be devastated if I don’t make it through because I have a busy weekend (theater + Oscars!) but it would be nice to know regardless.

There's a chance it'll come before 5am?! Confused The best thing about GMT is waking up to results, getting them before bed'll mean a sleepless night haha

Best of luck to you too Trish! xxx

Oh no, I’m not going to the Oscars (I wish!!), just celebrating them excessively at home. We are total film geeks and try to see everything before the awards.

That happened to me, too with screenplay.  I Censored the bed BIG TIME.  My last brush with winning was when I placed third in FF2013.  Hoping to break that six year losing streak soon!!!!  I could really use the emotional boost right now.

Good luck all!

I managed to get both versions of TurboTax loaded last weekend, so I made progress.  This weekend I'll have to be distracted vicariously...

I'm not in this, but if someone would like an overly pedantic beta reader or a place to bounce ideas send me a PM.  I'm spending my weekend working on taxes, cutting wood in the shop, and probably cleaning my office and the basement.  Reading a five minute script?  Break time!
