I asked on twitter (if only because it was faster to find that then the forums) but I'll copy it here too....

I'm in the 'An airport baggage area' location and I'm curious if you could clarify if baggage retrieval counts, or is this only the behind the scenes area where luggage gets moved to-and-fro, or is it either, or is there a third option that I'm not aware of?

In case no one responds to you in time, just based on what I've seen in 3 previous contests, you'd be fine. One person had a shipping container as their assigned location and turned it into a restaurant made of shipping containers. I think baggage area of an airport would surely encompass where passengers retrieve bags.

Thanks. This location seemed oddly more specific than previous years and I can imagine some people might have been confused by some of the other locations (like test kitchen, which I might know because I'm a food person, but wouldn't be surprised if someone had no idea what it meant, or did know).

after thinking about it, I would think they should accept either definition. Both sound right to me.
