This sounds like a great opportunity!
With your contest, is it like this one, where you submit a new piece for each round, or does  the same piece go through round to round, with some minor tweaks dependant on feedback?

Hiya,

Sorry for the delay. The same script is evaluated in each of the rounds but you can submit a new draft if you choose to. All the best, stay safe.

Are you allowed to submit something in the Fantasy genre? I noticed it wasn't in the 7 listed genres, but couldn't it count as action/adventure? Or do the judges want you to actively avoid fantasy-ish stuff?

Truly sorry for not coming back to you sooner on this. Yes you can enter a Fantasy genre script and depending on how the story unfolds I would imagine a number of genres would align, horror, family, action/adventure, as you say. Genre is not a key criterion in the first round of reading and as such we ask writers to select the Genre prize they would like to be considered for once we have announced our Quarter-Finalists. All the very best, and apologies once again for not replying before.

Hiya,

Sorry for the delay. We accept Fantasy, it's just that we are not awarding a prize for that genre specifically this year. All the very best.
