NYCM Writer's Group Discord Server

I wrote one last year and earlier this year. I have another rewrite I need to do before sending it to some people who said they’d read it. One is a good friend who’s published a bunch of books in the genre (romantic comedy), so I’m interested to see if she thinks it has teeth.

One reason I haven’t finished my rewrites is that I’ve been working on a screenplay with another close friend. I took a class in screenwriting with Second City and have started writing classes with them. 

So many writing projects, so little time. And yet I signed up for these contests too… ;)

Good luck with your book. I don’t know if I’ll ever get mine published but the fact that I can say “I wrote a book” is something I’m extremely proud of.

I just realized how long ago the comment I responded to was posted. LOL - don’t read/post on the forum when completely exhausted. Lesson learned. Next!
