Oof!  We should change the title of this post...my guts went all a-flutter. But here it was - just more fluttering guts...

Thought I’d find the key to the rest of MY highly remunerative, if late-started career as a put er of words together er. Er...  (So all you other peeps are just being a bit grandiose, I’m afraid)

How about an Are... to start and an ...Out to wrap it up.

It’d be a public service
Read my 1st Round story titled Kitty

I really don't know what to expect from the judges / scoring in this one. I've read so many awesome little yarns!

For what it's worth – and in case putting it out there makes it more likely to come about – I do fancy writing another story this weekend 😊

This made me laugh, but then I realised which story is yours, and tbh, that seems fair enough. It's one of very few that have stayed with me after I read probably more than a hundred in the same weekend.

LOL. Yeah, I was like, already? The last 2 rounds of Flash came out early, but over 12 hours early? Be still my beating heart...

AAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I'm so excited! And ready to hop right onto the Flash Fiction train if I miss my stop on this one. :) It's been so fun to compete with you all.
If you're interested, check out my microstory!

Nervous. Excited. Scared. Happy. Anxious. Repeat. I'm on an emotional merry-go-round now that we're getting so close to the results. But I'm ready to hear what the judges thought.

Good luck to everyone!
