Has anyone tried the MasterWriter program?

Hi! I keep getting emails from MasterWriter wanting me to spend money on their program.
Although it seems like a handy thing once a month or so, the price is really high, which
is why I have not tried it. $10 a month is just a little steep, me thinks, to get a few extra 
words for sunshine, or smoke blowing? Do they integrate it into the writing platforms? 
I could not find anything about that.

	I did a quick scan of the reviews and a lot of them come from MasterWriter themselves or a review bot. Best thing might be to use the free trial and unsubscribe as soon as the trial is over. I've never met anyone who uses it. If they're spamming you, might be a bright red flag?

	I did some research over the Thanksgiving weekend. It is not an ap, You have to be online, on their website. Pretty sure they do not make it an ap is so they can get a steady money stream as I don't think it would be a huge program to have on the computer, I mean I have two programs that use their own dictionaries. They say that with the monthly fee they include all updates??? If it was a program I could buy and own I don't think there would be much need of any updates, lol, as words don't change, I don't think the program would need any help. I will stick to using Google when I need to look for words. $10 a month for subscription, don't want to help them in their money grab! Edited by Suave - 04 Dec 2023 at 4:53am
