There are no restrictions on the title length.  Just make sure your title and logline fit onto the title page.  Good luck!

Also - and hopefully this wont matter too much but are you meant to put underscores_between words of the tile in the file name or are spaces ok?

The underscore is only meant to go between the heat number and the title of your screenplay.  You may use spaces between the words of your title.
