When I first started (a few years ago now, not sure if anything has changed) I accidentally used a name I wish I hadn’t. I simply emailed the main email politely asking if it was possible to change and was met with zero resistance.
In fact, every single time I’ve had to reach out, no matter what, they’ve always been kind and courteous. Best of luck to you both.
