I am assuming that it is okay to throw a "four-letter word" or two in our screenplays, correct? I did not see anything limiting this in the rules and do not intend to use many (if any), but wanted to make sure they were not banned prior to going there.

Yes, there are no rules regarding explicit language. In fact, several winning screenplays in the past have had a few "four letter words" mixed into the dialogue. Just write the best screenplay you can, and don't worry about a target audience. Hope this helps - good luck! |
