I'm at 1 500. Hope to pass 2000 before I head to bed. So I'm happy as far as the word count.........I'm less happy with the story however. Thumbs Up Thumbs Down

I'm not a domesticated indoor cat, Martin.

I'm a stray and I tend to go from neighborhood to neighborhood. Wink

I am so sick of this story!  Which must mean that I am close to done.  My draft just needs to be proof read.  But now that I've re-read it, it might need another major re-write tonight.  Ouch.

I was afraid to get comedy, and was really glad to get drama, but as it turns out, I might have written a dramedy. :)  I'm glad to hear the judges are not known for their strictness.

Does anyone actually know who the judges are?

By today, I only had to finish the ending. It was in bits and pieces. The first half or so felt acceptable,it was mostly just getting the end smoothed out as best as could be.

And I gave myself 4- 5 hours to do it. It worked out.
