I know I can capitalize any way I choose, but can I make the assigned word part of someone's name? Or is this regarded as cheating? There doesn't seem to be anything said about this. The spelling remains continuous and correct.

Yes, using the assigned word as part of a character's name should be fine, as long as it is included exactly how it is spelled and continuously. Please let us know if you have any other questions or need anything else. Thank you and good luck!
