Confused

Just saw it.

On the first round of microfiction, I noticed, after submission, that I had used the wrong character name in one spot, which I thought would totally confuse everyone about who the main character loved and who she thought was dull as dirt. This, in turn, would kill the whole point of my romance. Somehow, I placed first in my heat.

Morale of the story--don't discount the happy possibility that the judges will miss any typo or mistake.

Likewise, my wife will be happy that something good came out of my pointless angsting over this mistake. Thanks to you, it wasn't pointless after all! Embarrassed
