I don't see anyone having started this yet, so here goes; please disregard if it's a dupe.
And remember; DO NOT POST YOUR WHOLE STORY until we get the go-ahead in roughly 72 hours! I'll start: Group 32 / Action-Adventure ... "Easier said than done" ... Threatened A Song of Fanguddy Amid the corpses and embers’ glow, a scribe writes life that should obey. But the creature’s wrath begins to show, turning the night to a fearsome fray. I managed to submit! Zero ideas for the title so it's not a good one in the context of the story, but I wrote a rhyming synopsis for the first time.
Group 39 - horror / nine lives / scorned "Animosity Killed the Cat" We know the old wives' tale - cats have nine lives - But we think that it’s just a myth. Yet the black-hearted should be more cautious And please heed the story herewith. |

Drama - guilty pleasure(s) - unsure I guess a chunk of the premise is obvious, given the prompts, and it's firmly Hist Fic rather than contemporary Drama, but hey ho. One

GR 34 Romantic Comedy/Exclusivity/Glum
Bridging the Heartache Two jilted lovers find out they may not be as alone in their heartache as they thought. For some reason, I thought this was 800 words instead of 600
 . Since I wrote this in about 4 hours, and finished 15 minutes before deadline, I had to do a super fast edit. Took out one stanza, and combined a couple more and brought it down from 680 to 587 lol. I don't have very high hopes for this one. But at least I got something in. Good luck everbody! |

Don't Spoil the Ending A reporter pursuing a story and a doctor who is unsurpassed. One whose behaviour’s predatory and the other whose deadline has passed. (Ugh, this is what fiddling with the synopsis for ages, then just giving it up as a lost cause to be able to go to bed, will get you 😅. "passed/surpassed" is not the best rhyme I've put forward this week (mind, it might not be the worst either 😆))
