I'm in G1 as well. Maybe I'm just a geek but these prompts thrill me. 2/3 of a draft done and wishing this was a short story contest instead of Flash because there's so much potential!

They are definitely awesome-sounding genres, but also very intimidating for 1000 words and 48 hours!!

Totally agree. I was concerned at first, but once I found my story, it just wrote itself. Just had to cut 150 words to get down to 1k. Would love to have kept it going. Definitely want to explore this character and world further.
